When will my order ship?
Most orders placed ship within 24 hours of being placed. During busy periods (holidays, release weeks, etc) it can take up to 48 hours to ship.
When will my order arrive?
Most people assume that due to our location in Alaska, shipping time must take longer. Common misconception! In fact, it might actually be the opposite.
Due to our location, all orders are air mailed to their nearest USPS center. This tends to work in your favor!
Most orders arrive within 5 business days, at most. However, depending on your location, can arrive in as little as 2-3 business days.
We've even had orders shipped out on Friday, and arrive on Monday! What a time to be alive.

Where is my order?
Once orders leave our shop and are handed to the USPS, it's unfortunately out of our hands. All orders are shipped with tracking numbers. If for whatever your order doesn't arrive within 30 days of shipping, please feel free to reach out, and we'll make it right!
My Tracking Number Says "Arriving Late" Help!
There are times when the expected delivery date gets delayed due to service disruptions with the USPS. It can certainly be frustrating, but 9 times out of 10, it arrives within a week or so of having that "Arriving Late" status.
My order says "Delivered", but I never received it. Help!
This happens from time to time. Occasionally, an order will be marked as delivered when it hasn't been delivered. Most of the time, it's delivered within 48 hours. However, if your order has been marked as 'Delivered' for more than 48 hours, please contact us directly!

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We're slowly adding more countries to our international shipping list. Unfortunately, international shipping can be pretty steep, but we do our best to find the lowest rates with trusted shipping partners.

Can I find your products locally?
Nationwide, unfortunately no. However, if you're in the local Wasilla, Alaska area, you can find our products in several local stores. Visit the "Shop Local" tab in the main menu for a list of current vendors.

Can I pick up my order locally?
Unfortunately not. The shop is attached to my home, and my wife is surprisingly not very fond of burly grizzled strangers showing up unannounced at our door. I'm working on her, but for not it's simply not an option.

Do you send product to YouTubers for Review Videos?
Yes, and no. If you have a decent community, and would like to do a video review of our products, we are open to collaborating!
However, due to the sheer number of requests from new channels, we no longer collaborate with new and small channels. Our minimum subscriber requirement is usually in the 1k-2k range.

Can I return my order?
No, for sanitary reasons, we don't accept returns. However, if a product breaks in shipment, or you're truly not satisfied with the product, please reach out to us, and we'll make it right!
